| 2025年第八届“一带一路”锦江杯成都全球象棋双人赛竞赛规程 一、主办单位 世界象棋联合会 二、承办单位 中国象棋协会、成都市体育局、锦江区人民政府 三、协办单位 成都棋院、锦江区文体旅局、腾讯棋牌天天象棋、成都市棋类运动协会 四、竞赛时间和地点 （一）时间：11月20日至11月23日 （二）地点：中国四川省成都市 五、竞赛项目 双人赛 六、参赛办法 （一）红帅组 1.第十九届世界象棋锦标赛男子团体前三名获奖棋手（如有不参加者，不递补）。 2.第十九届世界象棋锦标赛女子团体冠军获奖棋手（如有不参加者，不递补）。 3.中国象棋协会根据2025年中国国家集训队三次选拔赛成绩排名，推荐男子棋手2名，女子棋手1名（如有重复，依次递补）。 4.港澳台象棋协会可推荐代表本地区最高水平男子棋手各1名。 5.承办地可推荐2名外卡棋手。 6.上述人员如有重复或不参加者，由承办地推荐人员递补。 （二）黑将组 1.邀请“一带一路”战略框架内及沿线国家地区的世界象棋联合会会员及相关协会参赛，每个国家/地区推荐1名棋手参加，共12名。 2.越南及港澳台象棋协会可推荐代表本国家/地区最高水平女子棋手各1名。 3.上述人员如有重复或不参加者，由承办地推荐人员递补。 七、竞赛办法 （一）执行《世界象棋规则》。 （二）赛事分为两个阶段，第一阶段为个人快棋赛，第二阶段为双人赛。 （三）快棋赛红帅组和黑将组均采用五轮积分编排制。 （四）根据快棋赛成绩，抽签决定双人赛组合。 （五）双人赛采用积分编排制，进行一局制7轮（6+1）比赛。第6轮结束后，排名前2名的组合进行冠亚军决赛，若战平，交换先后手进行超快棋决赛，直至分出胜负；其余选手继续进行最后一轮的积分编排赛，确定第3名及以后名次。 八、技术申诉和裁判 （一）设技术申诉委员会，主任由中国象棋协会选派。 （二）中国象棋协会遴选裁判长、编排长、裁判员担任裁判工作。 （三）在本赛事活动中发生的纠纷，由技术申诉委员会按规则和规程处理。 九、录取和奖励 （一）比赛录取前八名，前三名颁发奖牌和证书，四至八名颁发证书。 （二）个人快棋赛奖金（人民币、税前）：各组第一名5000元，第二名4000元，第三名3000元，第四名2000元，第五名1600元、第六名1000元。 （二）双人赛奖金（人民币、税前）：第一名20万元，第二名8万元，第三名4万元，第四名3万元、第五名2万元、第六名1万元、第七名8000元、第八名6000元，其他名次奖励2000元/人。 十、报名和报到 （一）报名 1.请参赛棋手将加盖公章的报名单扫描件发送至中国象棋协会，邮箱：zgxqxh*163.com。逾期报名视为弃权。报名时需提供棋手中英文姓名、微信号、个人比赛照片和个人正装照片（照片不超过10MB）、主要成绩中文介绍，不超过100字。 2.报名截止日期：即日起至10月25日17:00前。 3.报名联系人 (1)世象联秘书处：董桉琪，电话：+86-10-87559138，邮箱：wxiangqifs*126.com； (2)组委会：杨雪珊，电话：+86-28-86627402，邮箱yangxueshan2019*163.com； （二）报到安排以及食宿交通等事宜另行通知。 十一、经费 （一）交通：境外棋手凭机票报销，亚洲地区最高补贴3000元/人（人民币），亚洲地区以外最高补贴6000元/人（人民币）。境内棋手机票由大会统一预定。 （二）食宿：大会负担参赛棋手比赛期间的食宿。 十二、其他 （一）所有参赛选手有义务参加大会组织的象棋文化推广活动。 （二）请棋手着正装参加开、闭幕式、比赛和推广活动。 十三、其他事宜在《参赛指南》中另行通知。 十四、本规程解释权归世界象棋联合会。 附件：报名表 世界象棋联合会 2025年10月10日 8th “Belt and Road” Chengdu Global Xiangqi Pairs Tournament 2025 Rules and Regulation 1. Organizer: World Xiangqi Federation 2. Hosts: Chinese Xiangqi Association Chengdu Municipal Sports Bureau Jinjiang District People's Government 3. Co-hosts: Chengdu Chess Institute Jinjiang District Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism TTXQ APP Chengdu Municipal Chess Federation 4. Date and place: Nov. 20th - Nov.23rd, 2025 Chengdu, China 5. Format: Pairs event 6. Eligibility: (1) Red King Group: 1.1 Team members of the top three places of the Men's Team at the 19th World Xiangqi Championship (if any player does not participate, no replacement will be made)。 1.2 Team members of the winner of the Women's Team at the 19th World Xiangqi Championship (if any player does not participate, no replacement will be made)。 1.3 The Chinese Xiangqi Association recommends two male players and one female player based on the ranking of the three selection tournaments of the Chinese National Training Team in 2025 (if there are duplicates, they will be replaced in order)。 1.4 Xiangqi Associations of Hong Kong, China; Macao, China, and Chinese Taipei can recommend one male player each from their Associations representing its highest level. 1.5 The host city may nominate two wildcard players. 1.6 In the event of any duplication or non-participation of the above-mentioned candidates, the host city may nominate other players to fill the gap. (2) Black King Group: 2.1 Members of the World Xiangqi Federation and related associations within the framework of the “Belt and Road” Initiative are invited to participate, and each Association is invited to send one player to participate, for a total of twelve players. 2.2 Xiangqi Associations of Vietnam; Hong Kong, China; Macao, China; and Chinese Taipei can recommend one female player each from their Associations representing its highest level. 2.3 In the event of any duplication or non-participation of the above-mentioned candidates, the host city may nominate other players to fill the gap. 7. Competition regulations: (1) The World Xiangqi Rules will be applied. (2) The Tournament shall be divided into two phases: the first phase shall be an Individual Rapid competition, and the second phase shall be a Pairs competition. (3) Both the Red King and Black King rapid competitions shall be arranged using a five-round Swiss system. (4) The pairing of the Pairs competition shall be determined by drawing lots based on the results of the individual rapid competition. (5) The Competition format of the Pairs competition will adopt the Swiss system with seven rounds (6+1)。 After Round 6, the top 2 pairs will have a final game to determine the 1st place and 2nd place. If it’s a tie, the 2 pairs shall swap the Red and Black for a blitz playoff until the winner is determined. The rest of the pairs will have another round of Swiss to determine 3rd place and so on. 8. Technical Appeals and Referees: (1) A Technical Appeals Committee shall be established, with its chairperson selected by the Chinese Xiangqi Association. (2) The Chinese Xiangqi Association shall select the chief referee, chief pairing referee, and referees to perform refereeing duties. (3) Any disputes arising during the Tournament shall be handled by the Technical Appeals Committee in accordance with the rules and procedures. 9. Admission and Prizes: (1) The top eight pairs will be admitted. The top three winners will be awarded medals and certificates, and the fourth to eighth place winners will receive certificates. (2) Individual Rapid competition Prize Money (CNY, before tax)： Each Red King and Black King Group 5,000 CNY for first place, 4,000 CNY for second place, 3,000 CNY for third place, 2,000 CNY for fourth place, 1,600 CNY for fifth place, and 1,000 CNY for sixth place. (3) Pairs competition Prize Money (CNY, before tax)： 200,000 CNY for the Champion 80,000 CNY for the Runner-up 40,000 CNY for the Second Runner-up 30,000 CNY for the 4th place 20,000 CNY for the 5th place 10,000 CNY for the 6th place 8,000 CNY for the 7th place 6,000 CNY for the 8th place For competitors that did not make it into the top eight pairs, each competitor will be rewarded with 2,000 CNY. 10. Registration: (1) Players are requested to send the scanned Registration Form (with the stamp of your association) to the Chinese Xiangqi Association. Contact Mail: zgxqxh*163.com. Registration forms submitted after the above deadline will be regarded as an abstention and will not be dealt with. Players are requested to provide their Chinese and English name, WeChat ID, accreditation photo (size less than 10MB)， and a brief introduction, in less than 100 words, showcasing their previous achievements in Chinese. (2) Registration Deadline: from now until 17:00 on Oct 25th. Expenses: (1) Transportation: the Organizing Committee will reimburse the travel cost according to the price shown on the air ticket, with an upper limit of 3,000 CNY/person for players from Asia and 6,000 CNY/person for players outside Asia. Tickets for domestic players will be booked by the Organizing Committee uniformly. (2) Accommodation: the Organizing Committee will provide free accommodation (including hotel rooms and meals) for all players during the event. 12. Other Information: (1) Players have the obligation to participate in the cultural promotion and exchange activities organized by the organizing committee. (2) Please dress formally when participating in the opening, closing, tournament, promotion, and exchange activities. 13.
